AnonymouslyIf you prefer not to disclose your identity during the process, you may choose to report anonymously.
When reporting anonymously, you may find it difficult in future to invoke the protection of the law on reporting irregularities and may not be able to provide the data for the best possible processing of the complaint.
If you choose to report anonymously, you should make sure that you leave no electronic trace throughout the process. Check for metadata in the files you load and do not use this system on a company computer or mobile phone. Thus, you will have the best possible protection as anonymous whistleblower.
Confidential but not anonymousYou can choose, make your complaint confidentially. Its identity will only be revealed to persons who treat and investigate the complaint, but always confidentially and under the General Rules for the Protection of Infringement Reporters, established in the Law 93/2021 of 20 December.
Your identity will not be revealed to other persons/entities without your consent.
By using the reporting channel confidentially, which is recommended, it provides the best possible processing as it can facilitate the investigation process.
