Abuse of Power

It occurs when an official abuses his or her powers or violates duties inherent in his or her duties, with the intention of obtaining, for himself or for the third party, illegitimate benefit or harming another person

It occurs when a person receives a grant or grant:

Prevarication

It occurs when a political postholder, against the right, conduct or decide on a case in which he or she intervenes, within the framework of his or her duties, with the aim of thereby harming or benefiting anyone.

Receiving and undue offer of advantage

It occurs when an official, in the performance of his or her duties, or because of him or her, or by a person, with his or her consent or ratification, requests or accepts, for himself or for a third party, property or non-proprietary advantage which is not due to him or her.

Trafficking in influence

It occurs when a person, by himself or by interposed person, with his or her consent or ratification, requests or accepts, for himself or to a third party, an patrimonial or non-patrimonial advantage, or his or her promise, to abuse his or her influence, actual or supposed, with any public, national or foreign entity.
